How to return

Returns should be easy and hassle free, which is why we've set up a handy online form for you to fill out. You can access this form using the returns section at the bottom of the page (in the footer). Alternatively, you can go to this direct link

After you complete the form we will email you a returns ID number which should be written on your package (This allows us to easily identify each return).

The Policy

- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods. They do not need to arrive with us in that time period , you have a further 14 days, but you must fill out the returns form.

- We cannot accept used or damaged goods (this obviously excludes any faulty items). Please include all packaging and labels but you may keep posters and leaflets.

- Refunds and exchange can take up to 14 days to complete due to bank processing times. If we do not have the size/ colour for an exchange we will contact you to discuss options.

- Postage refunds will be given for faulty items, however, standard exchanges are made at the buyer's cost.
